Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LexisScale website located at lexisscale.com and any related services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our website or engaging with our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are accessing our Services on behalf of a law firm or other business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

LexisScale is operated by LexisScale, based in Limpopo, South Africa.

SECTION 1

Description of Services

LexisScale provides a done-for-you AI client acquisition system for law firms. Our core services include:

Targeted digital advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google to generate legal leads

Deployment of an AI voice agent (Retell AI) to qualify inbound leads and book consultations within 60 seconds of form submission

CRM setup and automation via GoHighLevel

Calendar and booking integration for law firm consultations

Ongoing campaign management and client reporting

SECTION 2

Not Legal Advice

LexisScale is a marketing and technology agency. We are not a law firm, and nothing on our website or produced through our services constitutes legal advice. Our AI voice agent is explicitly not a licensed attorney and does not provide legal counsel.

All legal advice, case assessments, and strategy must be provided by a qualified, licensed attorney. LexisScale's role is limited to connecting prospective clients with law firms — we play no role in the legal representation or outcome of any matter.

SECTION 3

Client Engagements & Guarantee

The following applies to law firms that engage LexisScale as a paying client:

Our standard engagement is a 90-day term at the agreed fee, as set out in your signed service agreement

We offer a guarantee of 3 new paying clients within 90 days, or we continue working at no additional charge until that result is achieved

The guarantee is subject to the law firm's full participation in the onboarding process, timely provision of required information, and responsiveness to booked consultations

Results depend on factors including practice area, market, and competition — we make no guarantee of specific revenue or case outcomes

Payment terms, refund conditions, and scope details are governed by your individual service agreement, which supersedes these Terms in case of conflict

SECTION 4

Acceptable Use

By using our website and Services, you agree not to:

Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations

Misrepresent your identity or authority when submitting an enquiry or entering into an engagement

Interfere with the operation of our website, systems, or third-party tools

Attempt to access systems, data, or areas of our platform that you are not authorised to access

Use our AI voice agent data, scripts, or systems outside the scope of your engagement with LexisScale

SECTION 5

Intellectual Property

All content on the LexisScale website — including text, design, graphics, scripts, voice agent prompts, and proprietary systems — is owned by or licensed to LexisScale and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our express written permission.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the systems and outputs we build for them during the term of their engagement. This licence does not transfer ownership of any underlying LexisScale intellectual property.

SECTION 6

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LexisScale and its team members shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of our Services

The outcome of any legal matter handled by a law firm to which we referred a client

Interruptions to or errors in third-party platforms (GoHighLevel, Retell AI, Meta, Google, Calendly)

Leads not converted as a result of the law firm's own follow-up, conduct, or operations

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and our Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to LexisScale in the 90 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

SECTION 7

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

For clients in the United States, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.

SECTION 8

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or Services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are an active client, we will notify you of any material changes via email.
